Information We Collect

When you submit a contact form on this website, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company name (optional), company size (optional), and your message. We also record your IP address for rate limiting and spam prevention purposes.

When you request the Three-Question Agent Security Triage, we collect your email address and, optionally, your name — solely to deliver the guide and email you a copy of the access link. We also record your IP address for rate limiting and spam prevention purposes.

How We Use Your Information

We use your contact information solely to respond to your inquiry and to discuss potential advisory engagements. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Triage requests are used solely to deliver that guide — the immediate access link and the emailed copy. We do not enroll you in any mailing list as a result of requesting it.

Data Storage

Contact form and triage-request submissions are stored securely using Supabase with row-level security policies. Only authorized personnel can access submission data.

Data Retention

We keep only what we need to respond to your inquiry or deliver the Triage guide. If you'd like your information deleted, email david@davidmatousek.com and we will remove it. Deletion today is a manual process handled on request — we do not yet operate an automated purge or retention schedule.

Third-Party Services

This website uses Calendly for appointment scheduling and Resend for email notifications, including delivery of the Triage guide. These services have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data.

Newsletter

“The Agentic Shift,” David's newsletter, is hosted on LinkedIn — this site holds no separate email list or subscriber database for it. Subscribing, and any data LinkedIn collects to deliver it, is governed by LinkedIn's own privacy policy, not this one.
